My Review
Use The Weekly Habits Project for an easy-to-read introduction to living a meaningful life and changing habits. Learn about Our Minds, Our Hearts, Our Hands, and Our Everything for 52 weeks of study. There is a journaling area to answer questions regarding each week's section.
A very nice hardback cover that you will refer to again. Nice illustrations from nature inside.
I received a complimentary copy from the publisher and voluntarily chose to review it. A positive review is not required, and all opinions are my own.
