MY REVIEW
The Garden Within is a thought-provoking read. It explains how our body has a living Garden of Eden inside of us. The concept was new to me, but the more I immersed myself in the book, the clearer it became. It is also a Faith and Mental Health book. It is the first one I've read that understandably describes mental health.
The author shares her wisdom and insights into well-being. Her work as a trauma therapist has given her extensive information, which she conveys in an easy-to-read style.
You will reference this book for living the best possible life as a Christian, and it will be a great addition to your home library. I can also see churches utilizing this reference book in their youth groups.
I received an early copy from the publisher; a positive review is not required. All opinions are my own.
